
We love a good salad, but find that getting good quality protein is often difficult (and a lot of the time boring!) so we brought you this sweet & spicy crunchy salad to kick your lunch up a notch.
Ingredients:
- 1 bag cabbage & carrot slaw
- 1 package sugar snap peas
- 2 Thai Sriracha Power Veggie Bites
- 2 Tb soy sauce
- 1 Tb sriracha
- 1 Tb sesame oil
- 1 Tb rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tb brown sugar
- handful of fried wonton strips, to taste
Directions:
- Combine all liquid ingredients and brown sugar, stirring vigorously to create an emulsion; set aside
- Place 2 Power Veggie Bites into microwave, heat for 1 minute
- Divide cabbage-carrot slaw into two large bowls (you're always going to need a bigger bowl!)
- Incorporate a handful of sugar snap peas into each bowl
- Mix dressing into both portions
- Sprinkle with fried wontons
- Place one Power Veggie Bites on top of each salad
- Enjoy!
